Shipping and Handling

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6 for domestic orders. $25 for International orders. We use US Priority Mail for most deliveries. If you need expedited shipping or are making a volume purchase, please contact us prior to your purchase for options available.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  Our 14-day money-back guarantee allows you to return your purchase if you are not happy. Please contact the studio and return your item within 14 days of the original date of shipment for a refund or exchange. It’s that simple. We recommend insurance for all returned packages. Charges for repairs will be determined once pieces are received and specifics of purchase date and damage are reviewed. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges.

Custom Orders

Special orders over 25 units and customized or commissioned pieces are non-refundable or subject to contractual agreement. Please contact the studio directly with concerns or further questions.
