What materials are used in your products?

All metals, unless otherwise indicated, are sterling silver. Leather options can vary slightly in actual size and texture.

What is your process for making pieces in the Shraddha Collection?

Medallions (and all silver pieces in the Shraddha Collection) are hand fabricated either in metal or wax and then reproduced using a lost wax method of casting. Some items utilize a CAD (Computer Assisted Design) during the process of creating a prototype and/or mold. Most pieces are antiqued to accentuate detail and finished with a matte polish to brighten the patina just a bit.

What is the timeframe and cost for shipping orders?

Orders generally process and ship between 2-4 business days and are sent via the USPS. Free shipping for domestic orders. $25 for international orders.

Please note: Orders over 25 units are subject to a longer turnaround time. We ask that you contact the studio to place orders for 25+ units of any one piece.

What is the returns policy?

14 day no questions asked Returns Policy. If you are not 100% happy, send it back! If something unusual happens or a quality issue arises beyond the 14 day guarantee, we want to know about it. Please contact the studio, every concern will be mindfully reviewed. Ship returns in original condition to:
